Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20th, 2026
Welcome to Fragments. These Terms of Service describe the rules for using fragmentsjewellers.com (the "Site") and buying from us. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to them. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy; where those pages cover shipping or returns, they control over anything in these Terms.
Who we are. Fragments is a jewellery studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, operated by Stavo Luxury Holdings Inc. Questions: fragmentsjewellers@gmail.com or +1 416-581-1104.
Using the Site. Please use it lawfully and honestly: no scraping, interference, malicious code, or impersonation, and only post content that's yours and appropriate. If you open a customer account, keep your credentials safe, you're responsible for activity under it.
Products, descriptions and imagery. We describe every piece as accurately as we can, metals, stones, plating, dimensions. Our product imagery includes AI-styled lookbook photography created to present each piece in beautiful real-world context; lighting, colour and styling in those images are artistic, and the written description always governs if there's any difference. Pieces are natural-stone and handmade-sensitive: small variations in colour and texture are the nature of the material, not defects.
Pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. On the rare occasion a listed price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and when the deal is real. Placing an order is your offer to buy. We accept your order, forming the contract, when we ship the item or email you an acceptance, not when you receive the automatic order receipt. Until acceptance we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stone unavailability, suspected fraud), in which case anything you paid is refunded in full. This doesn't limit your rights under the Refund Policy or Ontario consumer law.
Custom orders & services. Made-to-order, custom-designed and engraved pieces are created specifically for you and are final sale, as stated in the Refund Policy. Repair, valuation and other services are quoted individually, and work begins once you accept the quote.
Shipping & returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window, the 15% restocking fee on change-of-mind refunds, and full coverage for defects or damage.
Your content & ours. The Site's text, logos and imagery belong to Fragments or our partners; personal reviews and photos you submit stay yours, and you grant us permission to display them on the Site. You may download personal copies of Site content for shopping purposes; anything else (reproduction, resale, scraping, model training) needs our written OK.
Liability. We run the Site with care, but we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost data, lost profits, business interruption) arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer right or liability that can't lawfully be limited, including our responsibility for defective or not-as-described goods.
Changes & law. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and the parties submit to Ontario courts. If anything here is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
