Where we ship
Fragments ships anywhere within Ontario. Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Standard — $15.00 CAD. Free on orders of $150.00 or more.
- Express — $25.00 CAD. Free on orders of $350.00 or more.
- Local pickup — free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from the Toronto pickup location shown at checkout.
Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal before taxes, as shown at checkout.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped from Ontario. Each shipping option shows its expected delivery window at checkout; the window includes order processing time. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Tracking & signature
All parcels are shipped with tracking. On higher-value orders a signature may be required on delivery.
Address changes & delivery issues
If you need to change a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible — before a parcel ships we can usually fix it on the spot. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email fragmentsjewellers@gmail.com and we will make it right.
Taxes
We ship within Ontario, so no customs duties apply. Ontario HST is calculated at checkout.
